About Airtech

Everything Under the Bag.

Airtech Advanced Materials Group is the world’s largest manufacturer of vacuum bagging and composite tooling consumables. Their product line covers every stage of the composite fabrication process — from mold preparation through final cure — supplying manufacturers building commercial aircraft, defense platforms, wind turbine blades, and high-performance race cars.

As a family-owned business with more than five decades of continuous operation, Airtech brings both the stability of heritage and the focus of a true specialist. Coast-Line International is proud to stock and supply Airtech’s complete US product range.

Family Owned

Family-owned, privately operated manufacturer — long-term reliability built on consistent values, not quarterly targets.

Global Reach

Six strategically positioned facilities across the USA, Luxembourg, UK, and China deliver worldwide production and local technical support.

OEM Approved

Vacuum bagging materials qualified and maintained on approved product lists with aircraft OEMs and their subcontract manufacturers worldwide.

Continuous Innovation

Relentless product development: from advanced extrusion to large-format additive manufacturing, keeps Airtech at the leading edge of composite materials science.

Supported Processes

Every Composite Process, Covered.

Airtech products are engineered for compatibility across the full spectrum of thermoset composite manufacturing processes — from high-pressure autoclave to open-mold wet lay-up and next-generation additive tooling.

Prepreg / Autoclave

PROCESS // 01

Pre-impregnated fiber layups require precise vacuum consolidation and elevated temperature cure inside pressurized autoclave vessels. Airtech's autoclave-qualified product range maintains full integrity under combined heat and pressure for repeatable, high-fiber-volume structural laminates.
Up to 799°F High Pressure OEM Qualified

Resin Infusion

PROCESS // 02

Vacuum-assisted resin transfer draws liquid resin through dry fiber reinforcement in a closed one-sided mold. Airtech's infusion media, distribution mesh, and bagging consumables ensure rapid, void-free fill across large and complex part geometries without secondary bonding steps.
VARTM SCRIMP Flow Media

Resin Infusion

PROCESS // 03

Prepreg laminates cured in convection ovens without added autoclave pressure benefit from Airtech's oven-compatible bagging consumables — delivering consistent consolidation at lower capital cost for out-of-autoclave programs.
Vacuum Only Out-of-Autoclave Prepreg

Wet Lay-Up

PROCESS // 04

Hand-laminated parts benefit significantly from vacuum bagging to consolidate plies and remove trapped air. Airtech's wet lay-up compatible films and breathers withstand direct resin contact without degradation or contamination of the laminate.
Hand Laminate Resin Tolerant General FRP

Glass Laminating

PROCESS // 05

Vacuum bagging applies uniform atmospheric pressure across bonded glass assemblies — used in aerospace transparency forming, structural glass bonding, and flat panel lamination. Airtech supplies all required process consumables for clean, bubble-free results.
Transparency Flat Laminate Glazing

Large-Format 3D Printing

PROCESS // 06

Airtech's Print-Tech® service and Dahltram® tooling resins bring additive manufacturing to composite tooling — enabling large-format trim fixtures, holding fixtures, and layup molds to be produced faster and more cost-effectively than traditional metallic tooling routes.
