Precision Tooling
HexTOOL® machinable composite tooling material offers a coefficient of thermal expansion (CTE) matched to carbon fibre components — eliminating thermal mismatch distortion during cure and delivering consistently accurate parts, batch after batch.
The system can be machined, drilled, and repaired with conventional shop tooling, significantly reducing the cost and lead time versus metal tooling alternatives.
Available in standard sheet and block forms — custom geometries on request.
